What does ticket commission really cost?

The table shows the platform cut only; subscription fees (Pro/Business) and card processing are separate. Rates are based on research dated 7 August 2026 — competitors change their pricing, so verify on their own pages before deciding.
Commission grows with your volume
With a flat commission, what you pay rises with every ticket you sell; a rate that is tolerable at 100 tickets becomes a serious line item at 2,000. Etkin aims for the opposite: because the core model is a subscription, the commission drops with your plan (10% → 7% → 5%) and is zero on free events. For small, occasional ticketed events the Free plan wins; for regular, high-volume selling Pro or Business come out ahead — put your own numbers into the table above to find the crossover point.
About the commission
Is there a commission on free events?
No. If you are not selling tickets there is no deduction on any plan; registration, QR check-in and messaging work fully.
Can I pass the commission on to attendees?
The intent is that the deduction is shown as an explicit line at checkout — no surprise fees. The option will appear in the panel once ticket payments go live.
Does the table include the subscription fee?
No, it shows the per-ticket deduction only. Pro (₺749/mo) and Business (₺2,490/mo) are separate; compare the difference in deduction against the monthly fee to see which plan is cheaper overall.
Where are card processing fees?
Not included. Card fees belong to the payment provider and vary with instalments; they apply on every platform.
Does the NGO / student discount cover the commission?
The 50% discount applies to the subscription fee. The commission rate follows the plan itself, so a community on a discounted Pro plan still gets the 7% rate.
