A predictable subscription, not commission
Most ticketing platforms make their money from a fixed per-ticket commission; the more you sell, the more you pay. Etkin does the opposite: because the core model is a subscription, your cost stays predictable, and the commission on ticketed events actually drops with your plan. On a free (non-ticketed) event there is no deduction at all — registration, check-in and messaging work fully even on the free plan.
You control SMS cost
Send SMS through your own provider account (e.g. VatanSMS) and the credit cost stays entirely with you. No account? You can also buy credits from the Etkin pool. When a quota runs out no data is lost; you top up credits or upgrade your plan.
SMS and WhatsApp credit pricing
Buy credits when your monthly plan allowance runs out, or if you are on the Free plan. The reference unit price is ₺1.00; the larger the bundle, the lower the per-message price. Credits never expire.

Credit prices include VAT. Credits are consumed per sent message only; if the provider fails to deliver, the credit is refunded. Connect your own SMS provider account and you do not need credits at all.
As a free event registration system
For small teams and first events the free plan is often enough on its own. Unlimited free events, 100 attendees per event: open an online registration form, give every registrant an automatic QR code, check people in at the door with QR, and get basic reports — with no fee and no card details. As you grow you upgrade only for the capability you need:
- Free → online registration, QR check-in, email, basic reports.
- Move to Pro → SMS/WhatsApp quotas, unmarked certificates, seating plans, higher limits.
- Business → unlimited events, 1,500 attendees, custom domain.
Which plan is right for you?
To pick the right plan, look at how often you run events, your attendee numbers and your messaging needs. This short guide settles it for most teams:
- Free: for teams with up to 100 attendees per event, however many events they run — SMS is available on credits when you need it — and for anyone trying it out.
- Pro (₺749/mo): for active teams that run regular events, send SMS/WhatsApp reminders and issue unmarked certificates in their own design.
- Business (₺2,490/mo): when large galas, conferences and busy calendars require high attendee counts, unlimited events and a custom domain.
- Enterprise: when you need custom integrations, white-label and contracted quota, via a tailored quote.
Not sure? Start on the Free plan; you can move up at any time without losing your data. If you are an NGO, association or student community you unlock paid plans at 50% off — half price. Annual billing also gives two months free, so you use Pro or Business for a full year at ten months’ cost.
About pricing
Can Etkin really be used for free?
Yes. The free plan is permanent: unlimited events, 100 attendees per event, with online registration, QR check-in, email notifications and basic reporting. No card is required; you can use it on its own as a free event registration system.
What are the monthly prices?
Free plan ₺0, Pro ₺749/mo, Business ₺2,490/mo. Annual billing gives two months free (about 17% off). Enterprise needs are handled with a custom quote. Prices exclude VAT.
How does the ticket commission work?
On free (non-ticketed) events there is no deduction. On ticketed events the commission drops with your plan: Free 10%, Pro 7%, Business 5%. All deductions are shown before payment.
Is there an NGO or student discount?
Yes. Associations, NGOs and student communities get 50% off all paid plans. Just email [email protected] to apply.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. You sign up on the free plan without entering card details, set up your event and use all the core features. Payment details are only requested when you decide to move to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there is no commitment. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period, then reverts to Free. Your data is never lost; every plan includes Excel/CSV export.
