About the event registration system
How many registrations can I take on the free plan?
The free plan covers up to 2 events a month with 100 attendees per event, including online registration, QR codes and basic reporting. For higher attendee numbers, SMS/WhatsApp and certificates you can move to Pro (₺749/mo) or Business.
Can I add my own questions to the form?
Yes. Alongside name, email and phone you can add your own fields such as organisation, size, meal preference or session choice. Fields can be required or optional, and the consent checkbox is added with one click.
How do I track RSVPs?
From the moment the registration page goes live you can see who registered, who confirmed and how full the capacity is on a live dashboard. Registration stops automatically when the cap is reached, and you can open a waiting list.
Can I take paid or ticketed registrations?
Yes. On free (non-ticketed) events there is no deduction at all. On ticketed events the commission drops with your plan (Free 10% → Pro 7% → Business 5%); all deductions are visible before payment.
What happens after someone registers?
Each attendee receives their automatic QR code immediately. You can then send confirmations and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and scan the QR at the door to admit them in seconds.
