Is member data handled in a compliant way?
Yes. Registration forms come with explicit consent and a privacy notice; each association’s data is isolated by strict access control and protected with role-based permissions. You can export member data and delete it on request.
Can we take attendance at a general meeting?
Yes. You send members a QR invitation and scan it at the door, keeping attendance and quorum records live. The attendance list and participation report are ready right after the meeting.
Can we run a fundraising or solidarity evening?
Yes. You can open a ticketed or invitation-only event and manage registration and entry with QR. On ticketed events the commission drops with your plan (Free 10% → Pro 7% → Business 5%); on free events there is no deduction.
